Design philosophy and process
Architecture
Dwellings are the oldest form of architecture and will always be part of humanity. We consider buildings as the most personal and client specific design challenges.
Our view is that with the same amount of building materials, we have an opportunity to create something that has added value in the way the materials were organized through good design.
Our Process
We pride ourselves to deliver a very high standard in design and technical detailing. We believe that the technical documentation of our buildings are as important as the design concept. It is in the technical and detail solutions where the true architectural responsibility lies to produce good buildings.
If we fail in that, then the design drawings remains art and not true architecture.

Architectural stages
The graphic illustrates our work stages as per the Council of the Architectural Profession.
Each project has its own unique parameters. We can be appointed on all 6 stages or only up to a certain stage as a partial service. This is up to the client as per their project requirements.
